2. Understand Creative process: Discuss – Plan – Write plot – Characters - Rehearse

3. Contribute ideas to enhance group work (if you choose to work in a group or pair)

For this project you are asked to create your own Revolting Rhyme.

This means that you will write an original piece of art and perform showing application of skills and techniques for this art form. DEADLINE 28th October

  • You could base your story on an existing tale that you know well Or create a new tale.

OR- if you are struggling

  • You can continue with the example you were working on last week adding new verses.

  • Your Revolting Rhyme should have at least 3 verses of original ideas each verse with a minimum of 6 lines each.

  • You need to show evidence of rhyming verse in your work.

You have 4 Tasks to complete- 1- 4 are outlined below.


Create a new BLOG POST for each task ( E.g Task 1-Artistic vision)
 Copy and Paste the marking criteria attached to each task & the Learning Question as your TITLE on your BLOG POST

For Example:

Task 1- Artistic Vision Ci: identify an artistic intention. (Can you highlight criteria in RED on your blogger page)

Learning Question: How can you create your own revolting Rhyme or Story?

 TASK 2- PROCESS & PRODUCT

Bi: demonstrate the acquisition and development of the skills and techniques of the art form studied- by applying literary devices, language and rhyming verses to create rhyme

Cii: identifies alternative and perspective - editing and revising of lines

A) Under this task heading show evidence of your ideas- This means verses you have written or constructed.



verse 1: 

harry potter is the chosen one

to fight in the challenges to be the one

as the tournamet has started he began to run

as the dragon had started to try and eat him up 

running and running he had found the sword 

using it to protect his self 

the dragon began to fly and fly

trying to eat him all in one bite

he used to sword to kill the dragon

winning the first round of the wizarding trounament 


verse 2:
 
starting nervously the second round 

the challege this time was mush more aggressive 

 holding your breath for over an hour 

  trying to save the ones that have been taken 

 as the creatchers began to pull u down you swam and swam 

 to the point you had found them 

  pulling and pulling them of the ropes 

     you pushed them up to the very top 

  winning the next round 

      to glorry and love you began to feel a little bit iller 


verse 3:


                        felling ill you couldnt stop 

 it was the last round you began to look around 

  you began to gaze

 realizing its a MAZE

 with challenges and beastes along the way 

 you had look look for the pathway 

 looking around you saw your opponent 

                                                                      running for the end 

                                                                  wishing he where dead  

                                                               when you touch the trophe 

                                                it teleprts you right to voldomort 

                                              holding his wand at you he says these words 'avadra kavdra' 

                                               and you where laying dead on the floor.


















 .B) Editing for each lesson worked on creating rhymes

Copy and paste examples of lines that you changed . Have examples of what the original line was and what the new version is.

This will demonstrate your progress for criteria Cii.

 Avoid simply just delete  lines that are no longer working, list then under this heading, to show progress.

Verse 1

Harry a young star

In his life he would go far

The chosen one he was

Barley harry had any flaws

hermione and ron came along

Evil voldemort , the dark place he  would belong

Lord of darkness was pure evil

The stuff he did was illegal

Voldemort and harry were enemies

Fighting each other, they committed many felonies


Verse 2

Red hair and a handed down robe,there definitely a weasley

Sadly there always teased oh so very easily

Draco was the boy with no choice

Couldn't even speak his opinion with his voice

Hermoine known as the smart mudblood

She smelled like a flower blood

Everything started becoming dark


Verse 3

Walking around in his black long robe

The evilness was a big old load

Voldemort dreadfully  killed cedric

Everyone now calls him deadric

Snape murdered dumbledore

He killed him,lying on the floor

Dobby the elf sacrificed his life

Sadly dobby was stabbed with a knife

Hedwig was bewitched

Then she fell into a ditch


Verse 4

Split your soul 

Seven parts of a whole

quickly, Voldy was taking over

The good side looked for luck, perhaps a clover

The duel between good and bad

Harry could die, just like his dad

Memories rushing through his head

Soon he might be dead.
